I know I probably say this every year, but 2014 really was a fantastic year for Hello Love! It seemed to go by in a flash, which is one of the reasons I love putting these posts together. I love looking back on all of the beautiful faces of the brides and grooms who were gracious enough to invite me to be a part of their wedding days. It really is an honor every single time I get to sneak behind the scenes of a beautiful wedding and capture some of the in-between moments. I still feel so lucky to do what I do, and I am super excited for the weddings I have lined up for 2015! This year, I was lucky enough to shoot at beautiful venues in locations from Boston to Vermont to Martha’s Vineyard to Chicago to Jackson Hole! I drove a little over 8,000 miles to weddings all over New England (and listened to a lot of really great podcasts). I photographed everything from an intimate wedding of eight people at the bride and groom’s home to a proposal in the public garden to beautiful huge parties of nearly three hundred people. I worked with amazingly talented vendors from every corner of the wedding industry. I traveled to Santa Barbara to attend a photography conference that expanded my mind and my business in all kinds of new directions. Troy and I found out that we are expecting a new addition to our little family in February of next year. And I was beyond honored to have been named Boston’s Best Wedding Photographer by the Improper Bostonian!
A huge thank you to all of the lovely couples who I’ve been fortunate enough to get to know this year. I can’t wait to see what 2015 brings!
